This scorecard has been developed by the Excel Team to help you as a parent identify which areas you need to focus on in order to help your children go through their sporting experiences. The 7 i's method is a 360 degrees view that helps you achieve this. It will give you confidence in your ability to make the right choices.
You'll be scored based on your understanding of the following key ares:

Informing (yourself)
Information is important because it allows you to make informed decisions, solve problems, and gain knowledge.

Interpreting (for you)
Interpretation is important because it enables you to filter out personally irrelevant information and extract something personally meaningful.

Identifying (areas)
Identifying key areas of focus is important, it helps prioritise and allocate attention and resources to the most relevant and valuable information for your goals and objectives.

Immersing yourself into action fully is important because it turns ideas and strategies into specific actions enabling you to achieve your goals and objectives.

Reflecting on specific and detailed tasks after action is so important because it enables you to see the next step clearly and move forward. It is very motivating.
